In 2001 we built our very first Stone Gables Villa for our Mother, and it is with that in mind that we build every Stone Gables development. When our first community sold 36 homes in less than a year, we knew we had something special to offer that was in high demand, with low availability.

We didn’t want our Mom to feel like she was giving up anything when she sold the family home; and neither should you. Your Stone Gables Villa is going to feel every bit as spacious as the home you’re in now, but without the stairs, high-energy bills, and exterior maintenance. Best of all, over 300+ square feet of walk up attic storage. You can hang on to those sentimental items.

We use an all brick and stone exterior. You won’t see a front elevation with brick, and three sides vinyl siding. What you will discover is that the layout of our twin homes is unique because the only shared wall between you and your neighbor is the garage. It’s a larger footprint, which equals maximum privacy. Stone Gables encourages the buyer to customize and work with our in house designer to make sure everything fits your individual needs.

In 2008, we launched our newest Stone Gables community, Cable Square at Elon. Cable Square is located just ½ mile from Elon University. In addition to offering our trademark town home villa, we will feature two new product types. A single story patio/cottage home, featuring open floor plans flooded with natural light. Gourmet kitchens, sunrooms, see through fireplace, and all the signature features our buyers have come to expect. These inviting homes are perfect for the empty nester or busy professional.

The rear of the property at Cable Square will be home to our “Front Porch Community.” a unique concept in single-family living.
